- 175 g self-raising flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 dl milk
- 100 g soft goat’s cheese
- 150 g lean bacon bits
- 50 g Brazil nuts, carefully sliced
- 10 sweet peppers, sliced
- 2 spring onions, cut in little rings
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 to 3 tsp Tabasco red pepper sauce
- newly ground salt and pepper
- 50 g fully grown cheese, grated

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
In a blending bowl, blend the self-raising flour, baking powder, sea salt, the milk and the egg.
Include the goat’s cheese, bacon bits, Brazil nuts, sweet peppers, spring onions, mustard and Tabasco sauce, blending completely with a spatula.
Grease the muffin (cake) kinds and gather the batter.
Sprinkle with a little pepper, salt and grated cheese.
Bake the muffins in the middle of the preheated oven for approx. 25 minutes.
